He has achieved a successful background in sales and marketing services including corporate leader ownership, plus affiliations with major international companies encompassing more than 4 decades of personal commitment and enthusiasm building long-lasting relationships. He is actively involved regionally and locally in community service organizations established to helping others. As examples, a former Trustee of the Town of Newburgh Volunteer Ambulance Corps, active member & Chaplain the Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen’s Association, member of the NYS Association of Fire Chaplains, Officer of the Vol. Fire Police Assn. State of NY, the NYS Vol. Ambulance&Rescue Assoc., Secretary-Emeritus of the Somers Vol. FD, Officer of three county organizations (one in Dutchess, one in Ulster, and one in Westchester), a Director of two State-wide associations, and former member of the FOP. Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the NYS and Hudson Valley Gateway Assoc. of Realtors, in addition to the Hudson Gateway MLS and Ulster County MLS. He is a NYS licensed Notary Public, a NYS Peace Officer, and has received countless awards and recognitions for outstanding contributions and achievements within communities and associations. In May 2012, he was presented with a U.S. Congress Congressional Special Commendation for his years of dedicated services in volunteer fire and EMS to the area's throughout the Hudson Valley.

State of NY, Chrmn. Hudson Valley VFA Fire Police, Secretary of the Westchester County VFA for thirty-two years, Regional Chairman of the Vol. Fire Police Assn. State of NY, Hudson Valley Coordinator for the Firefighters Cancer Support Network, and on and so forth. Bob has received recognition as Honorary Deputy Sheriff of both Westchesterand Dutchess counties. The Volunteer Fire Police Assn. State of NY awarded him its highest honor, the Woodman Award, for achievement and dedication at its annual convention held inSyracuse, NY, May 2009. In 2010, he received the NY Vol. Ambulance&Rescue Association’s Presidential Award for his years of dedicated services to emergency services. He was selected by Strathmore’s World Wide 2010 Edition for his leadership, as well as his professionalism in business and community services, and as mentioned above, recognized with a U.S. Congressional Special Commendation.

As a Professional Notary licensed in the State of New York, he is a member of the National Notary Association, American Society of Notaries, and National Signing Agents Association, and has worked for more than 65 title companies, banks, attorneys, and Notary signing companies for 13 years.

He has a home on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL, where he is the President of the Shore Village Property Owners' Association, but naturally, spends a good deal of time at his home in Newburgh, NY to serve his significant base of valued real estate clients and investors.
